Jude Bellingham Operated in a high role out wide while also contributed with defensive duties. Demonstrated glimpses of brilliance but mishit an attempt wide. Substituted late on for a teammate, his rival, after receiving a caution. 7/10

Jarrod Bowen Had the team's clearest opportunity in the opening period, his effort excellently kept out from the opposing goalkeeper. As a teammate hanging back, it fell to him to stretch the play on the right yet his deliveries from wide areas were hit and miss. Replaced late in the match. 6/10

Harry Kane The decisive figure scoring seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth finishes for his country. The opener a trademark poacher’s finish and the second a superb finish with his head following a clever run away from the opposition. Aged 32, he’s only getting better and the side stand a real opportunity in the upcoming tournament with him leading the line. 8

Eberechi Eze Struggled to get into the game out wide. Was presented with a good opening following a pass by Bellingham but Strakosha denied him. His replacement made much more of effect when substituted. 5/10
